K Strategies Group is directing and managing the M/WBE program for the Love Field Modernization Program (LFMP). The purpose of the M/WBE program is to increase contracts to minority and women business enterprises (M/WBEs). On the LFMP, K Strategies works with the owners, the architect, construction managers and prime contractors to increase opportunities for M/WBE firms. They also provide assistance to M/WBE firms in getting certified, becoming aware of bid opportunities and understanding the procurement process for LFMP contracts.
