K Strategies Group is directing and managing the Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/W/DBE) Program for the Love Field Modernization Program (LFMP). The purpose of the program is to increase M/W/DBE participation on the project. On the LFMP, K Strategies Group works with the owners, the architect, construction managers and prime contractors to increase opportunities for M/W/DBE firms. They also provide assistance to M/W/DBE firms with obtaining their M/W/DBE certification, becoming aware of bid opportunities and understanding the procurement process for pursuing contracts on the LFMP.
